Coach Josh Lindblom
Enhance your athletic performance and achieve peak speed and agility with expert training from a Division 1 sprinter from UNC Charlotte. Based in Jacksonville, Florida, I bring elite experience and specialized knowledge to my speed and agility training programs. As the 100-meter dash record holder at Bartram Trail High School, I have consistently competed at state and national championships, boasting a personal best of 10.58 seconds. My diverse athletic background in track, soccer, and football ensures a comprehensive approach to training, designed to elevate your performance to the highest level.

With multiple Division 1 offers to sprint and a strong track record as a multiple state and national qualifier in track and field, I bring top-tier expertise to speed and agility training. Originally from Brazil, I have a diverse athletic background, having played soccer, football, and excelled in track, with a personal record of 50.6 seconds in the 400 meters.
